Paw Express is based in Caerphilly, Set up by me, Ellie Morgan, In 2021. We specialise in group walks to allow your furry friends to socialise and play with others in a safe and fun environment. We are dedicated to providing the best care for your pets, ensuring they enjoy every moment. We also offer overnight care. You can trust us to keep your dogs happy and safe while you're away!

Group Walks are a fun, social way to keep your pup active and happy. Dogs get to explore, play, and burn energy while exploring a variety of different places each week. Whether you have a high-energy pup or a mellow stroller, our walks are all about safe, enjoyable adventures for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
At Paw Express, our overnight dog sitting services provide your pup with familiar surroundings, personalised care, and companionship throughout the night. From evening walks to bedtime routines, we make sure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and loved while you're away. They get to stay in their own space with a trusted sitter by their side. Peace of mind for you. Comfort and care for your dog.
We specialise in making your furry family members a part of your big day. As professional dog wedding chaperones, we handle everything from transportation and pre-ceremony pampering to aisle-walking and post-party snuggles. Whether your pup is the ring bearer, flower dog, or honored guest, we ensure they’re cared for, comfortable, and camera-ready. You enjoy every moment—we’ll take care of the tail wags.
Price List
Group Walks
Group Walks are £15.
Discounted price of £11 for second same household dogs.
Walks are 60 Minutes but with pick up and drop offs they are usually out for around 2-3 hours.
Overnight Dog Sitting
Overnight dog sits are £45 per night. This includes an overnight stay and evening walk. Additional dogs from same household is £5 extra. Daytime walk/visits is £15 extra.
Wedding Chaperone
Each wedding chaperone is priced individually. Please message with details of what you require for a free quote.

Terms & Conditions
Dog Sitting Service agreement terms and conditions
Paw Express agrees to provide our services to you on the following terms:

You agree to pay the rates that are in effect at the time your dog is in our care.

You agree to provide us with all information necessary to be able to provide the best possible care.

You are responsible for supplying all the necessary, safe equipment, medication, food and supplies needed for the care of your dog.

You agree to provide keys for the house which are in good condition.

You agree to provide an emergency contact person who will be available, and can make decisions about your home, dog, and property, in cases where we cannot get hold of you.

You agree that if your dog becomes unwell, has an accident or injures themselves, that isn’t of the fault of Paw Express, you will be responsible for any veterinary fees.

You authorise us to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary. Even if your registered vets isn’t available.

You agree that your dog is up to date with all vaccinations and treatments.

Dogs must have pet insurance that covers for illnesses, accident or loss while you are away and be registered with a local vet.
Cancellation/payment policy

If cancellations are made more than 28 days before the start of the sitting, then no payment is due.

Cancelations made with less than 28 days notice will be invoiced at 50% of the total cost of the sitting.

Cancelations made with less than 10 days notice will be invoiced at the full rate.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in all services being ceased with immediate effect.
Our liability

Paw Express will do everything possible to maintain security of the house while staying there but we do not accept any responsibility for loss, burglary or theft that could occur through the sitting.

If you have given permission for your dog to be walked off lead you will not hold us liable should your dog run away.

We are not responsible for damage caused by a dog escaping because of a faulty lead, collar, harness or other equipment provided by you.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of pets if they have access to an open cat flap/window/door within their own home.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property caused by your pets.

We shall not be held responsible for injury or illness to your pet if you fail to remove hazards or dangers from your home.

We reserve the right to terminate this contract at any time if we determine that the dog poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets or people. We can refuse at any time to care for the animal if we see the animal as a threat to our safety, in which you must be responsible for finding an alternative sitter.
Dog Walking Customers agreement
Please note that all points must be agreed to for services to go ahead.

If I have given permission for Paw Express to walk my dog off lead I accept full liability for any loss or damage caused as a result of my dog being off lead.

If my dog shows any signs of aggression towards others (people or dogs) or should its behaviour become unsafe or uncontrollable, I accept that Paw Express reserves the right to terminate any further services.

In the event that my dog attacks a person or dog causing damage or injury I agree to be responsible for any losses incurred including any payment of fees.

I agree to always fully disclose any qualities or characteristics about my dog including behavioural or health problems.

I agree that if my dog becomes unwell, has an accident or injures themselves, that isn’t of the fault of Paw Express, I will be responsible for any veterinary fees.

My dog is up to date with all their vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.

I agree to make all payments in full to Paw Express for the services they provide.

I acknowledge the fact that if I give less than 48 hours notice for cancelation of walks, I am still expected to pay the full amount for the walk.

I acknowledge the fact that if I need to cancel walks in school holidays, I will be required to pay a 50% retainer fee, to keep your dogs place, or keep 50% of the walks.

I agree to make Paw Express aware of any cancelations/changes that need to be made to any services in as much advance as possible.

I understand that if my dog is unwell or in season they must stay off walks until its suitable to return.
I acknowledge the fact that having an ID tag on my dogs collar with my name, phone number and address is a legal requirement and will always provide one when out on walks.
